Our Mission

 At Roan Auto Services Ltd we pride ourselves on keeping up with changing technology by investing in updateable serial data software, when applicable diagnostic training courses and on line technical support. This enables us to provide fast and effective service to you the Customer.

 

Company Profile

Roan Auto Services Ltd was first established in Kidderminster, Worcs in 1979.The name arrived from a combination of Roger and Anita.
My wife Anita is company secretary in charge of all aspects of the clerical side of the company.
The principals of our business have not changed over the years, we are a friendly business dealing with a broad spectrum of clientele ranging from the local farmers, company representatives to local rock star Rhythm King Mr. Mike Sanchez, who's icon rover SDI we have kept on the road for the past 20 years and we service the majority of business fleets.
Our garage is based on Hoo Farm Industrial Estate to the south of Kidderminster, thirteen miles from the M5 motorway.  
Bookings are taken on a daily basis. Generally a minimum of seven days is required but we can cater for emergencies. All customers / fleet are recorded on a customer data base where we can generate MOT reminders, cam belt changes, radio codes and all engine component part numbers.
